Safe in Your Body.
A Workshop for Women Healing from Religious Trauma.
You are not broken.
Your body is not the enemy.
It’s time to come home to yourself…gently, tenderly, and in sacred community.
For many Women, the pain of religious trauma doesn’t just live in the mind…it’s held in the body.
It shows up as shame. Disconnection. A quiet distrust of your own inner knowing.
Join us April 26th 12-2pm for this workshop. It is a sacred space to reconnect, soften, and reclaim what was always yours:
your body, your emotions, and your sense of self.
This space is for you if:
You grew up in purity culture or a rigid religious environment that made you question your body’s goodness.
You’re ready to release the belief that your body is sinful, wrong, or untrustworthy.
You long for a deeper connection with yourself, one rooted in safety and truth—not fear.
You want to explore healing in a space that honors your pace, your story, and your sovereignty.
You’re curious about somatic (body-based) tools to support your emotional healing.
What You’ll Experience:
-
Explore how spiritual conditioning impacts your body and nervous system and how to gently unwind those patterns.
-
Receive simple, accessible tools to reconnect with your body in a safe, empowering way.
-
Engage in heart-centered prompts that help you process, integrate, and reclaim your truth.
-
Leave with tangible practices to bring safety, self-trust, and softness into your daily life.
