For years, I tried to live the life society prescribed.
I went to college.
I got a good 9-5 job.
I met a guy that was tall, dark and handsome. After 2 years of dating, we were engaged.
I tried so hard to be happy, but would often lay awake in bed at night thinking “is there all there is?!” Paralyzed by anxiety and chronic stress, I tried talk therapy, medication, brain spotting and EMDR. I was desperate to fix the decades of unhealed trauma. One day I hit my limit, I couldn’t take the anxiety, shame and stress spiral, so I decided to leave it all.
I ended my engagement, quit my job, I packed my entire life into my Jeep and headed out West. I spend a month traveling from Oklahoma to Joshua Tree, California and back.
That was the moment when I realized…
I was so desperate to be free from the chains of expectations of society. I couldn’t be the only Women who felt trapped, suffocated and stuck in her own life.
Out of a passion to help others, I started coaching, guiding and helping other Women heal. Thats when High Vibrations Co was born.
I had no following on social media, no fancy website and no certification.
I knew I was meant to help other people heal, but didn’t know the first thing about building a business. Scarcity, uncertainty and self doubt robbed me of my inner peace.
The first few years were scary. I tried new things, got out of my comfort zone, hired my first business coach, and after coaching clients in 14 countries and 38 states I realized,
Its one thing to offer advice or free services to friends + family, but building a sustainable business is a whole other level.
I didn’t want to sell my services using bro marketing strategies.

When I first built my business-
