Somatic work can help you identify where these limiting beliefs are held in your body (tightness in the chest, clenched jaw) and release them. This allows you to break free from self-imposed limitations and access your full potential.

    • So that you can manage stress and anxiety more effectively. A regulated nervous system helps you stay calm and centered in challenging situations.

    • So that you can improve your overall well-being. When your nervous system is regulated, you can experience better sleep, clarity, and emotional balance.

  • Many traditional approaches focus on managing symptoms, leaving the root cause unaddressed.

    Talk therapy can be a valuable tool, but sometimes we get stuck in the 'why' without addressing the 'how.' Somatic practices offer a bridge, connecting the mind and body to heal at a deeper level.

    By connecting with your physical sensations, you can release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs that hold you back.

For years, I chased the picture-perfect life…

College, a good job, the tall, dark, and handsome fiancé - I had it all on paper, yet felt utterly unfulfilled and empty. Climbing the corporate ladder brought crippling anxiety, panic attacks, and a constant undercurrent of stress. I was a prisoner of my own expectations.

Desperate for relief, I explored every avenue - talk therapy, psychiatrists, medication, brain spotting, EMDR, yoga, breath work and plant medicine. I was desperate to fix the decades of unhealed trauma. While they temporarily relieved the symptoms, the core issues of guilt, shame and fear kept me trapped in a toxic cycle.

September 2021, the dam broke. The crippling anxiety became unbearable. I knew I had to make a radical change. So, I ended my engagement, quit my job, and packed everything into my Jeep, heading West.

The journey wasn't just about miles traveled, it was a radical reclamation of my

freedom, sovereignty and autonomy.

Thats when I realized, I couldn’t be the only person

who felt like running away from their life.  

I knew I was meant to help other people who were also growing, healing and working on themselves.

 I had no following on social media, no fancy website and no certification. 

But I had a passion and a purpose, I was meant to share the resources and tools that radically transformed my OWN life.

That’s when

High Vibrations Co.

was born.

Fast forward a few years later, I’ve mentored people in 38 states and 14 countries.

As a Reiki Master, Certified Trauma Informed Somatic Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher, I teach people how to live free from anxiety by feeling safe and at home in their bodies.

I offer holistic workshops, yoga, facilitate retreats, host online courses and programs to resource people on their journey to self-discovery.
